Rental Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy:

• All rentals must be approved and paid in advance.

• No refunds, all sales are final. 

• 5 min prep-time before booking and 5 min vacate-time after booking. If you vacate premises later than 10 min you will be billed for an extra half hour.

• Prolonged use of lobby or hallway (unless otherwise reserved) is not allowed during rentals. All rental activities must be contained in the studio reserved. 

• Teaching and accepting payments during your rental is prohibited unless previous approval has been given by MoveStudio.

• MoveStudio takes no responsibility for promoting studio rental events.  

 

Housekeeping:

• Renter is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and maintenance of room.

• Common areas and restrooms must be left in the condition in which they found them at the start of their rental.

• Remove all trash and personal items from the studio before you leave. The studio is not responsible for items that may be left on the premises.

• A small number of folding tables or stackable chairs may be available and must be requested at the time of booking.

Food and Drink Policy:

• Meetings or events involving food will be approved by the manager on a case-by-case basis. A nonrefundable deposit will apply for events where food/drink will be served.

• Water is the only beverage allowed in-studio. Must be in a water bottle.  (No Glass bottles or open cups.)

Decorations:

• No decorations of any type may be attached to walls, mirrors or any other framework without prior approval from the MoveStudio.

 

The following items are not allowed at MoveStudio:

• Street shoes (please bring clean shoes with non-marking soles when needed),

• tap shoes and tap dancing

• high heeled shoes

• glitter

• glass bottles

• open flames

• smoking and incense

• chewing gum

• rosin

• feathers or boas​​​

Liability and Damage

• Minor children are not permitted in the studio unless accompanied by an adult.

• Renter assumes all risk and liability for injury to any persons in the Studio, including but not limited to: Renter, instructors, students, children of students, and any visitors.

• Renter will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the studio’s facility or equipment.

• Renter agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by Renter and Renter’s associated guests, including but not limited to: instructors, students, children/parents of students, and any visitors.
