Now Hiring! Customer Care Associate
We are seeking a new Customer Care Associate to work at the front desk and help with studio responsibilities. Work in a great environment with great people and enjoy free classes!
Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors, provide in-person and telephone customer service, handle payments, computer data entry, customer emails, assist with cleaning studio and maintaining the space. Assist with boutique vendors, marketing event posts, documents and social media accounts. Consistently offer first-rate studio experience.
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, professional, mature, quick learner, problem-solver, very reliable, comfortable working independently, computer savvy, and able to handle a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Familiar with social media and have an excellent attention to detail.
Ideal: Familiarity with the studio and what we offer, or related experience, but we’re willing to train the right person!
Benefits: $10/hour plus free drop-in classes, infrared sauna use and discounts on workshops, series and boutique merchandise!
Plus availability for occasional extra shifts to staff workshops/events or cover for absent staff.
