Studio Booking & Payment Policies
 

DROP-IN
in-studio, live-streaming, video access

  • Ongoing and meet every week, unless noted online.
  • Most are mixed-level and beginners are welcome.
  • Use: Single Class, Class Pass, Monthly Pass
  • Please note registration guidelines.
  • Advance registration required.
 
Cancelation Policy:

No refunds or makeup credit available, regardless of attendance. Late cancelations and no-shows can not be credited and can not be made up. 

 

IN-STUDIO:

  • Cancelations within 60 minutes prior to class forfeits a class. If cancelations become problematic, we will lengthen the cancelation window.
     

VIRTUAL LIVE-STREAMING & VIDEO ACCESS:

  • May be canceled online prior to the start of class without a fee.

  • Video Access sign-up is accessible until midnight the next day.

LIMITED ENROLLMENT

  • Small-group class.
  • Single Limited Enrollment or Enrollment Package.
 
​Cancelation Policy:
  • 24 hours prior to class start time for class credit on account. Within 24 hours, your space has been reserved and no refunds are available regardless of attendance. Late cancelations and no-shows can not be credited and can not be made up.
LIMITED ENROLLMENT

SERIES, WORKSHOPS
& SPECIAL EVENTS

  • Most series are 'enrollment' but it may be possible to purchase single classes or join at a prorated cost once series starts.
  • Early-bird rate is often offered and payment information is listed on individual series/workshop listing.
  • Advance registration required.
  • If at any time you desire to change from one registration type (in-studio, live-stream or video access) to another, please submit a contact form in advance of the class date with your specific change request. *Ability to change registration type is not guaranteed and a minimal fee may be incurred for this change. 

Cancelation policy:
  • 24 hours in advance of first series start date/workshop/event for credit on account. Within 24 hours, refunds are not available regardless of attendance.
  • Late cancelations and no-shows can not be credited and can not be made up.  You can request a video recording of the class for 3-day viewing with advance request.  
  • If you drop out of a series once it has begun, you forfeit the remaining classes.  Please understand that when registering for a series you are not paying per class but rather a 'tuition' for the whole series.​

Prenatal Yoga Series Makeup Policy:​

  • It may be possible to makeup in our Prenatal Yoga in-studio class. Prenatal Yoga makeups are never guaranteed & must be completed during your current series.

  • One SINGLE class may be substituted for a missed series class per session. 

  • This is a courtesy extended to students if space is available in another class and if making up works with your schedule. Your tuition is holding your space and missed classes may not be made up in subsequent series.


To reserve your in-studio makeup class:

  •  Submit a contact form form on our website to let us know the date you will be absent.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows can not be credited and can not be made up. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a training session, the session payment may be forfeited with no refunds.

  • Advance registration suggested.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows can not be credited and can not be made up. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, the session payment may be forfeited with no refunds.
