Customer Care Associate

PART-TIME CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE


We are seeking a Customer Care Associates to work at the front desk and consistently offer a first-rate studio experience for our community in-studio and online. Work in a great environment with great people and enjoy free classes!
 

Duties include:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and an atmosphere to make people feel welcome.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of the studio's services and customer service policies.

  • Handle all front desk related activities including:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customers and prospects via telephone, text, email, and in-person.

    • Complete check-in, payment, and studio bookings ( for virtual & in-studio offerings).

    • Take prospective members on tours.​

    • Computer data entry.

    • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Manager as needed.

    • Assist Manager to complete outgoing sales calls and generate members through referrals/outside leads.

  • Run daily operations including:​

    • Cleaning and maintaining the studio.

    • Run in-person, virtual live-streaming, and video access classes in a timely manner.

    • Ensure smooth room schedule flow.

    • Proactivly identify and resolve potential problems or conflicts to ensure studio runs smoothly.

    • Make notes and use client insights to improve studio offers.

  • Work with and assist Manager in various projects.​


Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, professional, mature, quick learner, problem-solver, very reliable, confident working independently, strong computer skills, and able to handle a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Familiar with social media and have excellent attention to detail.

Ideal: Familiarity with the studio and what we offer, or related experience, but we’re willing to train the right person!

Customer Care Associate Benefits: hourly pay plus free drop-in classes &  infrared sauna use

HELP WANTED

IN TRADE FOR CLASSES

1. Seeking assistance with routine weekly janitorial responsibilities, on a work-in-trade basis 1-4 hours/week. Must be done in the "off hours" and includes tasks such as cleaning mirrors, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, dusting and vacuuming. Must be a hard worker with excellent attention to detail who does not mind working alone off-hours. Please email inquiries to Candace@MoveStudio.com.

2. Seeking assistance with creating written and visual content for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on a work-in-trade basis.
