Luke Ketterhagen
Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork
Luke Ketterhagen is a nationally recognized yoga and meditation teacher and educator with more than 25 years of experience studying and teaching yoga.
A longtime faculty member of the Himalayan Institute and featured teacher with Yoga International, Luke has taught yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings throughout the United States and internationally.
Luke's path began after graduating magna cum laude from Marquette University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Drawn to the intersection of movement, health, and contemplative practice, he immersed himself in the study of yoga and meditation at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, where he spent more than seven years in residential study of the Himalayan Tradition under Pandit Rajmani Tigunait.
His teaching integrates hatha yoga, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and yoga philosophy in a practical and accessible way. Rather than approaching yoga solely as a physical practice, Luke helps students explore how movement, breath, and awareness can support greater strength, resilience, clarity, and ease in everyday life.
Luke also has deep roots in the Dallas yoga community. He and his wife, Kourtney, previously owned and operated yoga studios in Dallas, and his career has included developing yoga programs, training teachers, and leading retreats and educational experiences around the world.
Now back in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Luke brings his decades of study, international teaching experience, and distinctive approach to yoga to the MoveStudio faculty.
