A Healthy Breakfast in Just 10 Minutes

You've heard it before - breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Three cups of coffee in the morning might give you energy, but your body requires more nutrients than that to develop a healthy immune system and give your body the fuel it needs to thrive.

MoveStudio's fitness and health instructor, Candace Bordelon, shares her recipe for a delicious Tomato Herb Omelet that only takes about 20 minutes to prepare, cook, and eat.

If you're thinking, "I don't have 20 minutes in the morning to spare," then cook it the night before, refrigerate overnight, throw it in the microwave in the morning and take it with you! You're body will thank you for it!
