ZENSUAL DANCING™ BOOTCAMP SERIES with Clarissa Pierro 6-week series: $120 in advance, $140 at door if space available Level I: Wednesdays, 6:10-7:10p July 28-September 1 September 8-October 13 ENROLL NOW Level II: Tuesdays, 8:30-9:30p September 7-October 12 ENROLL NOW A powerful exotic dancing workout designed to tone, strengthen, build flexibility, increase confidence and improve posture. An inspiring, motivating, and seductive way to get into shape that has women coming back for more! These six weeks of unique sensual dance workouts will leave your body tingling and your soul smiling. Each class is designed to target a specific muscle group with exotic dance moves. You will be pushed to meet your goals throughout the hour. This fun and energetic class will keep you dancing so you'll easily forget you're working out! Exotic dance moves are the foundation. Learn how to move your hips and body freely, and use your lines and killer curves. Mini-routines will give you the foundation and free dancing is incorporated. Every woman can participate; we’ll modify movements for different body types. We'll progress at an easy pace, offering repetition of the dance moves, so that you can fully integrate each move into an entire dance sequence. Each class is complete with lessons in grace and sensuality that will enhance your dance experience. Set your foundation in Level 1 and gain your fluidity in Level 2. Even if you've taken exotic dancing classes or workshops in the past, you’ll find the flexible, personal nature of each series will offer brand new opportunities to further develop your dance skills, add new sizzle to your routines and deepen your connection to your most beautiful self. You'll learn seductive dance combinations, mesmerizing hip play, and get a taste of both Zensual Pole Dancing™ and Pole Flight Fitness™. EVERY WOMAN can do this. The program emphasizes safety, sensuality, and physical fitness. When combined with healthy nutrition and cross training, pole dancing results in a sculpted body, increased flexibility, reduced stress, and a boost in your self-confidence.The classes in each pole dancing series are sequential as one move leads into another. Each move is taught with an emphasis on posture, technique, and the infusion of your own style and sensuality. During the series you'll hone your organic dance skills and master a choreographed routine on the pole. Zensual Dancing™ Bootcamp and Pole Flight Fitness™ classes are recommended prior to or concurrent with Pole Dancing, as it requires both sensual, graceful movement as well as physical fitness. Pole Dancing series will be offered in beginner, intermediate, advanced and Xtreme levels. Class sizes are limited so the instructor can safely teach and assist all students. POLE FLIGHT FITNESS TOTAL BODY WORKOUT™ Intermediate/Advanced: Mondays, 7:30-8:30p Beginner/Intermediate: Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30p Beginner/Intermediate: Saturdays, 12:30-1:30p ENROLL THROUGH ZDF The Pole Flight Fitness™ program will help increase your flexibility, strength, stability and stamina in preparation for Pole Dancing. Most women don't realize how challenging pole work can be when you first begin. These classes are designed to help enhance and complement your pole dancing practice. Pole Flight Fitness™ stresses the importance of "muscle confusion" by switching the order of exercises and incorporating new exercises during each class. Muscle confusion prevents the body from adapting to the exercises over time and plateauing. Your teacher will also recommend exercises you can do outside the classroom that will assist in your training routine. This strength and endurance building program incorporates calisthenics, gymnastic maneuvers and cardiovascular workouts. Pole conditioning, pole gymnastics and inversion-specific workouts will help you gain the strength necessary to progress in your pole dancing practice. Each exercise specifically targets muscles used while executing moves on the pole. Class sizes are limited so the instructor can safely teach and assist all students. OPEN POLE PLAY 3rd Sundays, 4-6p ENROLL THROUGH ZDF If you have completed any basic Pole Dance or Pole Fitness series, then you are ready for open pole play! This is your free time to practice your pole dance moves on your own. The session is supervised by Zensual Dance Fitness team instructors for safety, but there is no instruction in this community-style playtime, so you may come and go as you please during the two hour period. You may drop in or register in advance. Pole Dance experience required! THE HOT SEAT™: LAP DANCING ENROLL THROUGH ZDF This practical and fun lesson will challenge every fitness level, and modifications are available for every beautiful body type. You'll leave with a routine that you can either keep in your back pocket, knowing you have some wicked new skills, or share with your honey that night. Whether you take the class for yourself or to share with someone, it doesn’t matter. We’ll make the practical sexy and the sexy practical so you'll feel completely comfortable using the routine you learned or one you create. Lap dancing is a playful exchange between two people that can range from mild to scorching hot. It can include as little or as much physical contact as you choose. You will learn everything you need in order to offer your own tantalizing experience in a realistic and fun setting. Offered in various levels. Appropriate for all fitness levels and body types. Women only. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bare feet. Bring a pair of high heels (no stilettos, please) and an oversize/men's button-down shirt. THE HOT SEAT™: CHAIR DANCE FITNESS NEW! Drop-in Chair Dance Fitness class for summer! Mondays, 6:20-7:20p, June 7 through August 30 only. Single drop-in class rate or use your MoveStudio class pass. Zensual Dancing with the addition of a prop. Chair dancing will challenge you in new ways, and modifications are available for every fitness level and beautiful body type. You'll master some sizzling moves you can do with any standard chair, while getting a wicked workout.Whether you take the class for fun and fitness, or to share your new skills with someone special, it doesn’t matter.
