| Rebecca Winn Professional Life Coach www.RebeccaWinn.com ![]() |
Naturally voluptuous, Rebecca Winn began her weight battle in middle school, dropping over 70 lbs in the summer between 8th and 9th grade. She became a runway and photography model while still in high school and for the next 8 years fought her natural body shape to stay dangerously thin for modeling. At her highest, she weighed 145 lbs more than she did as a model. Today, weighing 65 lbs less than her highest weight and 80lbs more than her lowest adult weight, Rebecca is a crusader for self-love, healthy weight, an expended view of beauty and a healthy body image. Rebecca Winn is an award winning designer, nationally published magazine writer and Professional Life Coach. She received her post-graduate coach training at the internationally accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI) based in San Raphael, California. Her expertise with body image is both professional and deeply personal. | |
